Ok, this was expected, we pretty much knew it was coming. Also, the installation steps/procedure w/ Windows8 made it pretty suspicious, too.

No longer can one wait 30 days to activate the OS w/ Windows8. This means the old 'double pass' method people used w/ Windows7 that made it so Upgrade could do a clean install will no longer be possible.
