Anytime I go to desktop mode to open "Libraries" it will give me this error message;
“Documents.library-ms” is no longer working.
This library can safely be deleted from your computer.
Folders that have been included will not be affected.
If it's my pictures folder, documents, or any of the native folders in libraries it will give me the according error message. Can anyone tell me why this is? I can still find the files in those folders but I have to use the search function in order locate those files. The metro apps do list some of them.

Just to add that Ted Meyer's solution worked for me also.
I deleted the Libraries that had errors, then restored the default settings and all is well!
