Microsoft MVP Global Summit 2013 in February

I am pleased to announce at this juncture, that barring any unforeseen circumstances, I will be attending the Microsoft MVP Global Summit 2013 in the Seattle area. If any other Microsoft MVPs will be in attendance, it will be a pleasure to make your acquaintance there. I will be joining the event on behalf of these online communities (Windows7Forums.com and Windows8Forums.com) and as a representative of them.
If there are any questions that you would like asked, which may or may not violate the Microsoft MVP NDA (non-disclosure agreement), I would be pleased to ask a Microsoft product group team member or the North American MVP lead.
In our latest meeting, I stated that I was unlikely to attend the event due to the inability to cover much of the conference. With the release of Windows 8 currently over, I will be bringing more to the table with video and picture uploads when possible and permissible. I will also issue ensuing blog coverage of events every night.
The goal of my attendance at the conference is to learn more about Microsoft’s plans for the future of their technology, and in turn, to learn how to instruct customers, representatives, and clients in a better manner. I will likely be applying as a volunteer tutor following this visit.
The trip from New York to Seattle is no easy bargain, and while Microsoft’s transportation hub makes it easier to get around, it does not prevent my serious jet lag problem. I hope to mitigate these issues once I arrive in the Seattle-Tacoma area and head to Bellevue and Redmond.
I am pleased to make this announcement on behalf of the forums so that I can take possible user feedback into account before this trip in mid-February. Therefore, I am pleased to reiterate that a representative for Windows7Forums.com and Windows8Forums.com will be present at the Microsoft MVP Global Summit 2013.
