Thread: Windows 8 Free Upgrade

If possible, will anyone with Windows 7 be eligible to upgrade to Windows 8?

And welcome to the website. There is insufficient information to give us any indication about a possible discount. In the past, Microsoft has sometimes provided discounts to customer's who buy a previous version of their product just before a new one comes out. For example, some people who bought Microsoft Office 2007 were able to redeem their copy for Office 2010. However, we just don't know what the official road map is or what the pricing for "Windows 8" may even be at this time!

The more information we can find, the better. Sooner or later, there will be an answer to this one for you.
