Nvidia has released the 306.97 WHQL certified graphics driver. This driver is for GeForce 6 and higher graphics cards under Windows Vista, 7 and 8. It is the recommended driver for the Windows 8 launch, and also adds support for the new GeForce GTX 650 Ti. It is recommended for Borderlands 2 and WoW: Mists of Pandaria, and adds new SLI and 3D Vision profiles. The driver package also contains the 9.12.0604 PhysX drivers.

Display Driver Finally Updates:

Even though I had long ago grabbed the driver from NVidia for Windows8, I would get "Display driver has stopped working & restarted". Each time I would, naturally, logically, check for Display Driver Update only to be told the "latest, most up to date was, already, installed". Today, it did it again BUT, this time, I'm happy to say & inform others, it DID find & install new driver software. Ergo, those w/ NVidia cards might want & be wise to check this, now, for yourselves.

I am referring to doing this via Device Manager, btw.

Nvidia has released the Beta 310.61 graphics driver. This driver is for GeForce 8 and higher desktop cards under Windows Vista, 7 and 8. It is the same as the recently released 310.54 beta, but adds improved compatibility for Hitman: Absolution and Planetside 2, and provides a new Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 SLI profile.

Nvidia has released the 310.70 Beta WHQL candidate graphics driver. This driver is for GeForce 8 and higher graphics cards under Windows XP, Vista, 7 and 8. It contains the performance optimizations of the recent beta releases, new SLI profiles, as well as bug fixes.
