Thread: Help figuring out Widnows 7 to Windows 8 with 14.99 Upgrade offer.

Hi, i am running WIn 7 and i signed up for the 14.99 upgrade offer and i have to reinstall windows in the next couple days and im wondering would i be able to install Win 8 now and run as a trail until Oct 26 when i can buy it and then enter the serial number i get from the upgrade offer(if one comes with it) to register my Windows 8 then? I dont want to reinstall my windows twice in two months.

You do realise the £14.99 upgrade offer is for when you buy a PC with Windows 7 installed. Microsoft will then upgrade you to Windows 8 for the above price.. See this page:
