    There are posts all over about Modern versus Desktop. Read a few of the other threads to get answers about this. There is no Win 7 style Start Orb. Other threads will talk about this as well.

    There are some compatibility issues, but it might work. Check this site.

    I have tested only Word and Excel XP, both works properly for me
