Taking aim at Apple's iPad tablet computer, software giant Microsoft unveiled a tablet computer of its own Monday. And while much about the product is unknown -- pricing and availability remain undisclosed -- one thing is clear: suddenly Microsoft is competing with the companies who pay it to put its Windows software on their personal computers.
