    Question Wireless Networking

    I have a question. Some one may know the answer to this one. Why dose 8 task manager show that I have two wireless NICs but my device manager only shows the one. Wireless Networking-network.jpg

    I suspect that it is because in addition to your Atheros wireless adapter, you also have a Microsoft Virtual WiFi Miniport Adapter. Best guess.... probably pretty close.

    It is never my intent to sound abrupt or discourteous. Often I am just being as quick and succinct as possible, since I assume getting a fast response to your issues is as important to you as seeing your issue resolved is to me.
