    What is causing my BSOD?

Im on an older laptop but its still pretty decent with a core 2 quad extreme, 8gb of ram and a 128 gb ssd.

    I uploaded my minidup file..hopefully

I was doing nothing out of the ordinary and bam, bluescreen. It has been happening more and more.

For a full diagnosis, please provide us with this info: How To Ask For Help With BSOD

Your BIOS dates from 2009. Please check to see if there are any applicable updates for it at the Alienware website. Be very, very careful when flashing the BIOS. Although easy to do, it's also easy to make a mistake - and mistakes may physically damage your motherboard.

Your TV Card software drivers also date from 2009. Please download and install an updated, compatible version:
    AVerBDA716x_x64.sys Fri Jun 5 05:58:38 2009 (4A28EC4E)
Related to AVerBDA716x_x64.sys from AVerMedia TECHNOLOGIES
    http://www.carrona.org/drivers/driver.php?id=AVerBDA716x_x64.sys

These drivers have newer versions available. Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :
