I would like to emphasize that we do welcome requests for support, entirely. However, we must leave areas that are designed for discussion open for just that: discussion. By posting requests for computer help here, you will make it difficult for us to have discussions about Windows and technology. Look to the forum support areas for help, and be sure to be considerate of our forum Terms of Service, as well as guidelines issued by our moderator team.

It is important to point out that there is a limited amount of support that can be expected or even given to the Consumer Preview, which is essentially a beta release of an incomplete operating system. However, we will try, and we count on the experts who join our website who are genuinely interested in helping others, to make that possible.
