You would have to purchase separate keys for each. If they are all the same bitness, just download that ISO file and burn it to DVD once. If you have both 32 Bit and 64 Bit PC's you will need 2 downloads and burns.

When you insert the key, use one key for each PC. Be sure to specify the bitness for the keys as well.

And do I understand correctly that only the purchase must be done within the promotional period and not the installation?

I do not have the answer to that one. I would assume so, but am not positive.
